Once your RMA request is approved by Leading Edge Health, you will receive an RMA number via email from a Leading Edge Health customer service representative. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Once the product is returned, Leading Edge Health will make an evaluation.
  • Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the product.

Product Replacement: Claims for shortages or damages must be made within three business days. If your order arrives damaged and you wish to order a replacement, please take a photo of the item(s) and email it to support@leadingedgehealth.com as an attachment along with the order number and contact information. A customer service representative will be in contact with you regarding your request for return within 48 hours of receipt of your request.
